As Carver’s most common project delivery method, our experienced crew can deliver small projects as well as multi-million dollar projects.  This proves to be advantageous in both the Tender Phase as well as the Construction Phase of the project.

Carver maintains great relationships with all our Suppliers and our Subcontractors which help us to secure preferential pricing during the tender phase.  Our close partnerships also contribute to efficient project execution.

Once awarded the project we find that collaborating immediately with the Engineer and Client about the schedule helps the project move productively in the right direction.  Carver understands the importance of a project’s schedule.
