Prince Albert Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

The work under this contract comprised mostly of a large retrofit to the existing water treatment processes. The most significant upgrade for this project was the complete demolition of the existing clarification system and the installation of a new Actiflow Treatment Facility within the solids contract unit. The contract required the complete retrofit of the existing Raw Water Pump Station and Filtration System. New Fluoride, Chlorine, Caustic Soda, Potassium Permanganate and Powder Activated Carbon Systems were installed by Carver, acting as a mechanical subcontractor.
